Outtie all the way for me....just looked like a strange flat ovoid shape on my tummy. I have to say, the best thing about that was that my bellybutton got a good cleaning! LOL But wasn't so funny when I realized I couldn't wear t-shirt type maternity tops because the outie was obvious through the fabric and that was even through the preggie panel of my pants! Talk about Egads! That was 20 yrs ago, I don't suppose much has changed since then except cuter diapers, better baby paraphernalia, and way cuter maternity clothes! (think "under construction" with an arrow pointing down to the belly!) And we thought it was cute at the time. Double egads! My innie became a full blown outie then thankfully returned to an innie.
