My only concern is that it may affect my ability to get to sleep tonight and may leave me tossing and turning for hours. Napping has become a part of my daily routine.
I was told, by two physicians, that your body will crave whatever it needs at that particular time of the pregnancy. Going through times of huge carb cravings, is not a bad thing.

The exhaustion will get better! I used to have to put my head down on my desk at least twice a day at work for at least 15 minutes at a time.

Take care!

Donna,

So sorry to hear that you are ill. I just got on the internet for the first time in 2 weeks due to my own illness and hate to see that others are suffering also. It sounds like you are doing all the right things and surely this will pass. Hang in there!

Wow, let's hope you don't get pneumonia, that wouldn't be so hot. I'm inspired by your determination to go without drugs. But I agree, inhaler sounds like a good idea.

I'm guessing a lot of sleep would do a lot of good!
