Dreams

Suffering from another tension headache today, I decided to take a nap this afternoon.

I had a dream that I had twins and for some reason couldn’t remember giving birth. From what I can remember, I think I was given general anesthesia, but didn’t have a c-section. I was in the hospital and Hubby was telling me that we had twins and just before he could tell me their genders…

I woke up. *sigh*

Recipe: Kim Chee Dip

Bible study is a great place to discover new concoctions since we do potlucks once a month and take turns bringing snacks every week. Last week, someone brought Kim Chee Dip. I am a sucker for a good dip and this was no exception. It had the perfect balance between spicy and creamy and I ended up eating way more than my share. I attempted making it myself today and was satisfied with the result. (You can add more kim chee liquid to adjust the spicy factor.) Quick, easy and delicious! If you try it, let me know what you think!

Kim Chee Dip

1/2 cup chopped won-bok kim chee
1 tablespoon kim chee liquid
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, quartered

Put all ingredients in blender; cover and blend 1 minute. Chill. Serve with crisp vegetables or chips. Makes 1 cup.
