Who is Champuru?

Aloha, I'm Donna, known everywhere on the Internet as "Champuru." I'm a Christian, blissfully wedded to my perfect match (the yang to my yin) of 15 years and a stay-at-home mom to my miracle baby, born in October 2008. Living life in Hawaii, less than 5 miles from my hometown, seeking balance in her pursuit of family, faith, recreation, and rest. Read more on the About page.

Dot-Com Days

In the days before dot-net.

I’m alive!

Hospital ID Bracelet

Just a quick note to report that I am alive!

I survived the procedures: D&C, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and a chromopertubation. I even came home with pictures of my innards. (Don’t worry, I will not subject you to them.) They inflated my tummy and made two incisions: one in my belly button and another a couple inches below that. Thus, the gauze over my piko in the photo. Aside from that, I’m relatively unscathed.

Belly Button

I’m going to lie down and relax a bit. Maybe watch a foreign movie or two. Funny ones. I’ll give a full account of the experience later.

Mahalo for your thoughts and prayers and I certainly appreciate the comments you left on my previous entry! *hugs to everyone*
